Free preorder reservations

You can cancel your unpaid preorder reservation at any time, free of charge. No payment details are collected when you reserve, and submitting a reservation does not authorize us to charge you.

When your product is ready for payment, we’ll email you a checkout link. You can choose whether to complete your purchase.

After payment

To cancel a paid order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been fulfilled and dispatched, we’ll cancel it and refund the full amount paid, including any shipping charges.

Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, we do not offer cancellations, returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference or an incorrectly selected size, except where required by applicable law. Damaged, defective, incorrect or non-delivered orders will be investigated and receive an appropriate remedy under our refund policy and applicable law.

Delays or unavailable products

If we cannot supply your product, we’ll notify you and refund any payment received.

If a paid preorder cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we’ll provide an updated shipping estimate and explain your cancellation and refund options.

How to request cancellation

• Your name and the email address used for the reservation or purchase.

• The product you reserved or ordered.

• Your order number, if you have one.

We’ll confirm the status of your cancellation request by email.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. The time it takes for a refund to appear depends on your payment provider or bank.
